Best Trans Courier Ltd. is authorized to provide postal services in accordance with Romanian legislation and established the following terms and conditions for supply of following procedure and grievance / complaints:
1. Supplier is not liable for damage or loss caused by delays.
Postal Service Provider shall be relieved of liability if:

6. Transport rates and fares billing of Best Trans Courier are calculated based on the greater of actual weight and volume, and any postal item can be re-weighed and re-measured by Best Trans Courier representatives to confirm this calculation. 8.
